how to copy copyprotected movies using a dvd recorder player?
iI I have a SAMSUNG DVD/VCR RECORDER, that will not let me record when it receives a copy guard signal while recording. Is there a copyguard decoding device out there.
first you need to remove DRM infomation from you dvd. then convert it into common format that can be stored on memory devices, such hard drive . There is a lot of such kind software online. Here is the link to the software. Which software you want to use depends on yourself.

My dvd player/recorder is about to breakdown and is making noises?
It's making noises that sound like car brakes it used to only do it when its loading a dvd, finalizing, and taking the dvd out. Now it does it when I turn it off and when I record. So I was just wondering that since I have about five or six unfinalized disks that have movies on them if I bought the exact same brand of the one I have now would I be able to finalize them on that one if it is the exact same one?
Nope you will have to finalize them in this device that's making noises, otherwise the new DVD will recognize those discs as blanks and will only allow to record the amount of time that have left it will not recognize those movies. My advice, finalize those discs and once you get the new burner burn them again as a backup using the noisy player
