What is the best all inclusive resort in Mexico?
My DH and I are planning a vacation to an all-inclusive resort. I have heard that Mexico has some good ones. BTW, we are in something of a budget. Anyone have any suggestions?
I've been to Mexico twice. The Both times I stayed at an all inclusive hotel, the first time was at the Gran Bahia Principe Akumal. Everything about this place was mostly great. The only real drawback is the lack of a beach for swimming (too rocky) and is just a great resort. The one I stayed at the Palace was Playacar in Playa del Carmen. It was a beautiful resort with rooms wonderful. The downside for me with this complex is a personal matter that I'm sure that is not common occurrence. I was sexually assaulted by a member of staff in the elevator when I was coming from the pool.
